Job Title: Website Marketing Associate

We're seeking an experienced, collaborative hybrid front-end developer & digital marketer to join our forward-thinking culture. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Building conversion-focused websites and landing pages on WordPress using tools like Elementor, Oxygen Builder, WP Bakery Builder, etc. For some, you will take creative freedom, and others will be designed first by the Creative Team.
  • Understand and provide insights on how to improve website performance for marketing and business objectives.
  • Ability to optimize WordPress website loading speed to pass Lighthouse/PageSpeedInsights Audits and ensure compliance with Google’s upcoming Core Web Vitals update.
  • Ensuring websites are all up to the highest quality for visitor experience, website management by non-developers, and technical SEO.
  • Updating client website content; posting blogs, videos, etc.
  • Finding and implementing new WordPress plugins as needed and understanding how they work together with the rest of the website’s ecosystem.
  • Integrating proper analytics tools to measure marketing and website performance (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels, Conversion Tracking & Reporting, etc.).
  • Integrating CRMs (Hubspot, ActiveCampaign, etc.) and third-party tools through plugins or code, if necessary.
  • Participate in marketing meetings with team members.
  • Participate in trainings provided by DSM to sharpen your skillset.

Are You Qualified?

  • 2-5 years of work experience or equivalent
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, FB Ads Manager,
  • Full working knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP
  • WordPress administrative experience a must
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices: On-Page, Off-Page and Technical.
  • Experience with Shopify, Adobe Creative Suite, SEMRush, Moz and CallRail is a plus
  • Team player who is able to bring ideas to the table and keep open communication with co-workers and managers
