As the Account Manager at DSM, you’ll manage plans, coordinate and direct advertising/marketing campaigns that will fulfill client goals and objectives. You will oversee day-to-day client relationships, identify and address changes in the marketing environment, and strategic plans. You will anticipate client needs (short/long term) and proactively address any issues that arise. As the Account Manager, you will oversee multiple accounts and monitor their performance both with their client counterparts and internally with other creative, strategic, and operational departments. Distributes projects and reviews their progress continually to ensure professional growth is attained. You will help identify KPIs and hit contractual benchmarks. As the Account Manager, you will report directly to the Account Director.
